Dr. Badie completed his foundational higher education in the Arab world, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sharia (Islamic Law) from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University's Ras Al Khaimah branch in the United Arab Emirates between 1979 and 1982.
From 1985 to 1991, he served as Khateeb and Cultural Advisor with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and Awqaf in the UAE — a formal role representing cultural and spiritual life that placed him in sustained contact with community and institutional figures across the Emirates.
